VBS 2018 | Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus!

Join us for a week on an uncharted island, as we learn about Jesus, our Savior and anchor in the storms of life.

When you're lonely, when you worry, when you struggle, when you do wrong, and when you're powerless--Jesus rescues!!

2s and 3s and PreKs

We are excited to offer classes for ages 2 on up in our Preschool Tide Pool. Classes will be split up into "crews" by age--2yos and 3yos, and the 4yos and 5yos. (You can decide if your kindergartner is ready to be with the bigger kids--let us know!). The program is really similar to that of the older kids (because we're never too young to learn that Jesus is our Rescuer!)--everyone starts at Castaway Sing and Play, and then the crews will head to their classrooms for Bible stories, and thematic games, crafts, and snacks to help emphasize the day's Bible point.

If you have any questions, please call the church office at 262.6442, or Janel Elliott, our Children's Ministry Coordinator at 252.8853.

1st through 6th grade

Each evening, the kids will start together in the Youth Center for Castaway Sing and Play, before heading off with their crews (mixed-age groups of 5-7 kids, with a consistent adult volunteer) to the evening's Bible story, games, snacks, crafts, and activities--all aimed at the evening's Bible point.

If you have any questions, please call the church office at 262.6442, or Janel Elliott, our Children's Ministry Coordinator at 252.8853.

We would love your help!

Vacation Bible School is a whole-church ministry--a chance to love the children of our community, and sow seeds of the Good News. We still need a lot of help--volunteers to lead crews of kids (5-7 kids), several station leaders (games, activities, etc.), and supplies and snacks donated. A sign-up will be up shortly in the back of the Worship Center, and you can talk to Janel Elliott with any questions (252.8853).

Most of all church, please be praying that Jesus would be known and God glorified--that the children of our community would be loved well and taught Truth.
